TER trains offer a dedicated service to assist people with reduced mobility. To benefit from this service, you need to book the Accès TER service at least 48 hours in advance. For a departure on a Tuesday, the booking must be made by the previous Saturday at the latest.

On the day of departure, we recommend arriving at the station at least 30 minutes before the scheduled time. An SNCF agent will welcome you, assist you and seat you on board the train. During the journey, the train manager will make sure your trip goes as smoothly as possible.
