It's best to arrive 20 minutes before boarding on Max Jeune trains.

Note: boarding is refused two minutes before departure.

For everything else, seat bookings work just like for any other TGV InOui train, so there will be no surprises.

Regarding the Max Jeune luggage policy, it follows the same rules/conditions as TGV Max or TGV Inoui.

It therefore remains, logically, quite flexible.

If you're worried about managing on your own, you can request help from SNCF's home or pick-up point luggage service to assist you.

Also note that luggage lockers are available at the largest stations.

For Max Jeune subscribers, the policy on unaccompanied minors travelling is similar to the former TGV Max formula.

You must be at least 16 years old to subscribe to Max Jeune.

Legally, there is no minimum age required to travel alone on TGV inOui.

A simple ID document and your valid ticket are therefore enough.

However, keep in mind that the minor remains under the responsibility of their legal guardians.

Don't forget that unexpected events can occur, such as delays, accidents, cancellations, etc...

So make sure the minor can handle these situations alone.

No longer happy with your Max Jeune subscription?

Want to cancel Max Jeune (formerly TGV Max)?

The steps are very simple:

• Log in to your Max Jeune account on the SNCF website.
• Then go to the Subscription tab and click "Cancel my Max Jeune subscription".
• A form will then appear, and all you'll need to do is select "Cancellation" to complete your Max Jeune subscription cancellation request.

Please note: by subscribing to Max Jeune, you commit for a minimum of 3 months.

You therefore cannot cancel your subscription before the end of the planned 3 months.

After that period, you can cancel at any time from your Max account, up until 1 day before your billing date.

Thanks to TGV Max, now Max Jeune, you'll travel in the comfort of SNCF trains.

Particularly on TGV InOui trains, which have been designed to offer travellers a more than pleasant journey.

On board you'll find:

• Wi-Fi in every carriage,
• numerous power sockets,
• dining areas,
• air conditioning,
• and many other comfort services.

For practical reasons, you can manage (book, cancel, etc.) your subscription exclusively online (via the app and website).

If you have reduced mobility and are subscribed to Max Jeune (formerly TGV Max), SNCF offers many services to help you travel in good conditions!

These services depend on the type of TGV inOui train you take and its equipment.

But don't worry, TGV inOui trains have dedicated spaces if you use a wheelchair and are unable to occupy a passenger seat.

You won't find a ticket counter or physical sales point for Max Jeune offers.

Booking a trip can only be done online on the SNCF website or their mobile app.
