Here's how to choose your seat on board the Flixbus bus:
When booking your journey, you have the option to select your seat. If you don't choose a seat, one will be assigned automatically or on a "first come, first served" basis.
For groups, to be sure of sitting together, it's crucial to book seats at the same time, as otherwise seats together aren't guaranteed.
Fees and seat availability vary depending on the route, the line, the seat category (aisle, window, row or table) and the booking date.
The booking fee for a specific Flixbus seat ranges from €1,49 to €13,98. This depends on the route, demand and many other factors. So remember to book quickly!
Depending on the route, some seats or rows may not be available for booking. What's more, on some of our buses, it isn't possible to book a seat in advance.
If you've booked a specific seat, your seat number will be shown on your ticket. On buses where seats can be reserved, the numbers are displayed at eye level, along the luggage compartments.
If your ticket shows a seat number even though you didn't make a specific booking, please sit in that seat.
If your ticket doesn't have a seat number and you haven't booked a specific seat, you can choose any free seat marked with a green sticker.
To get the seat of your choice, it's best to board the bus as soon as possible. Passengers with reduced mobility will have priority.
Yes! On board Flixbus buses, which are used for long journeys, power sockets are provided.

Flixbus booking for passengers with reduced mobility: The first option is fairly simple: you can contact Flixbus and let them know about your situation so they can take the necessary steps for your wellbeing on board the bus.
Do bear in mind, though, that this service has a few requirements: you must contact them 36h before your journey at +33 (1) 763 60 412 to declare your folding wheelchair, guide dog or travel companion.
This requirement means you can't contact them for a last-minute bus, for example.
You'll find all the conditions relating to reduced mobility, as well as assistance numbers, on the Flixbus reduced mobility page.
Important: you must bring your disability card specifying your need for assistance when boarding your Flixbus.
