OUIGO Refund and Voucher

You have just booked an Ouigo ticket or are you planning to do so soon? Regardless of the reason why you want to cancel a ticket and obtain a refund, you will discover in this section the different refund options available at OUIGO.

OUIGO is a low-cost airline allowing you to travel at preferential rates. This is why tickets are not cancellable and therefore not refundable.

You can still get a refund for your ticket if your train is delayed by at least 1 hour. Below this minimum, you are not entitled to compensation. Otherwise:

• Delay between 1 and 1h59 at arrival: refund of 25% of the ticket price only affected by the delay

• Delay of more than 2 hours at arrival: refund of 50% of the ticket price only affected by the delay

You can also get a refund if your train was cancelled and no solution proposed by OUIGO suited you.

If your request is among the conditions above, you can then begin the procedure to receive your refund.

First, go to the Ouigo refund platform with your booking number located on your ticket or received in the confirmation email and the email address used.

Then, two scenarios are available to you:

• Receive a voucher

• Have the amount credited to your bank account

Depending on your choice, you will need to go to the my OUIGO reservations page and enter your reservation information. You can then choose to get a voucher or a bank credit.
If you purchased your ticket from Tictactrip, notify us of the cancellation via the contact form so that we can subsequently refund you.

Unfortunately, it should be noted that Ouigo tickets are not cancellable. This is also why your Ouigo tickets are so cheap.

However, in the event of an Ouigo delay, 25% refund when the train is between 1h and 1h59 late.

Otherwise, for a delay of more than 2 hours, you will be refunded 50% of the total amount of the train ticket without options.

Finally, Ouigo cancellation is not possible but you can always exchange your ticket with the OuigoSWAP service. This is a good solution to avoid losing money when you cannot travel.
