Ticket cancellation and refund policy

Whatever the reasons that may push you, travelers, to cancel your trip in transport and/or request a refund, it is best to know where to turn, we agree!

But what about our refund and cancellation policy and those of our partner companies?
Indeed, depending on the carrier you may or may not be able to cancel your ticket. Likewise, you will sometimes be forced to contact customer service because as a travel agency we must manage some of your reservations. For other cases, you will be able to cancel your tickets yourself.
In any case, once you reach the bottom of this page, you will have all the answers to your questions. Let's go!

For all the companies mentioned below, tickets can be cancelled by you or by us. The refund will then be made by bank transfer or shopping voucher. If you have any doubt about the procedure you can always contact our customer service team.

Please note that to be able to obtain a refund when the conditions allow, you must have made the refund request to us at the latest twenty-four hours before the departure of your transport. After this deadline we do not guarantee a refund.

To cancel a Flixbus ticket, you must contact us by specifying your order number. This can be done using the contact button at the top right of the home page.
You have the option to cancel partially or entirely the reservation up to 15 minutes before your departure. Flixbus refunds only in travel vouchers usable up to one year after the request.

Cancellation is free and without charges more than 30 days before departure. It is then 1 to 5 euros per passenger depending on when you cancel your ticket.

Please note that if you did not book your Flixbus ticket on our Tictactrip site, we will not be able to access your reservation information.

As with Flixbus, you can cancel your Bus Blablacar trip by contacting us or simply by going to the Bus Blablacar website and entering your reservation number listed on your ticket.
You have up to 30 minutes before the bus departs to cancel your ticket. You will then receive a shopping voucher to use for your next reservation and valid for a period of one year.

For the cancellation of your trip with one of the following companies belonging to the SNCF group:

• TGV INOUI

• TER

• Lyria

• Eurostar

You must submit a support request through our contact form. We will contact you by email.
Note that not all train tickets are refundable. This depends on the conditions specific to each ticket. We will always communicate the amount of fees if there are any before proceeding with the refund.
This will be done by bank transfer to the account where the transaction was made.

Regarding TER tickets, the procedure is longer because we must submit the request to SNCF. Depending on the type of ticket, you may or may not be entitled to a refund. These requests are handled on a case-by-case basis but we keep you informed of the progress of your file.

If you need to cancel an Altibus shuttle ticket, please contact our customer service who will be happy to take care of it. Each of the carriers has its own conditions which you can consult here depending on the origin and destination of the shuttle.
We will inform you of the conditions and the refund amount of your ticket.

For the few companies listed below, tickets are unfortunately not cancellable. But other solutions are still available to you.

As a low-cost company, OUIGO does not allow the cancellation and refund of your ticket because the price of it is already relatively low.
You can, however, modify or exchange it. All the terms and conditions are available on our FAQ page I wish to exchange my ticket .

However, tickets can sometimes be refundable such as during the health crisis when cancellation conditions were relaxed.

The Navette Beauvais bus company allowing you to reach Beauvais airport in record time and at minimal cost from Porte Maillot in Paris is not refundable.
However, if you have an unexpected event, your tickets are not lost. Indeed, they are valid for one year and since they are not nominative, they can be transferred to a third party. All is not lost!

For the companies listed below, tickets are non-refundable and exchange is not possible either. Even in case of unforeseen circumstances related to health or professional issues, you will not be entitled to any refund
