I didn't pay for all my tickets, why?

You know, with Tictactrip you can book your bus, train, carpooling and transport combination tickets very easily!

Tictactrip is indeed a pioneer in these intelligent transport combinations.

In your case, you have probably tried to book a combination of different modes of transport or transport companies. This is a very good initiative, your journey will be all the more pleasant!

Discover why one of the tickets was not reserved and paid during your reservation on the Tictactrip website. It's quite simple actually...

Tictactrip, born in 2016, is a very recent ticket platform. Today, all the transport companies we have as partners do not allow us to reserve and pay directly on our website.

This is why, certain companies like BlaBlaCar which you know well, are not bookable on the Tictactrip website.

But, to allow you to make the most of our intelligent transport combinations, we wanted to include these companies in the journey proposals. You could then have a Flixbus bus + a BlaBlaCar carpooling.

In this case, the bus will be bookable directly on Tictactrip and a button on our webpage will allow you to simply book the missing Blablacar ticket.

Here is an example of a journey with BlaBlaCar carpooling and the button inviting you to book the ticket on the Blablacar website.

As you will have understood, it may not be us who takes care of your ticket. If you book on the Blablacar website for example, all requests relating to your ticket will be made with Blablacar customer service. But if your journey combines Flixbus bus + BlaBlaCar carpooling, for the Flixbus ticket, you will need to contact us.

We know, it's not yet optimal, we are working hard to offer you an adequate solution!

Second small tip: always check that you have booked all of your tickets before leaving the order confirmation page on the Tictactrip website! If a button says: "Book with ... (name of the company)", remember to click on it to book your ticket. We wouldn't want your trip to be spoiled by this problem...

Finally, it should be noted that the price displayed on our website for your journey is the total price. If you only pay part of your journey on our website, you will therefore not pay the full amount displayed.
