Where to Find My Tictactrip Order Number?

Once your reservation is made, you are in possession of the Holy Grail: your train ticket, bus ticket or even better a combined trip carefully purchased on our platform.

You will finally be able to go to your much-wanted destination, for a little relaxation with friends, a visit to family or to negotiate a contract.

But for any request you need your Tictactrip order number. Once at the bottom of this page you will understand why this number is so important.

Your order number is precious. It consists of 16 characters (sorry we couldn't make it shorter). It determines and confirms that you have successfully reserved on the Tictactrip website.

With this order number, we can access your following reservation information:

• Date

• Route

• Identity of the passenger(s)

• Price paid

• Carrier reservation number

If you ever need to contact us for an after-sales request, it's thanks to this number that we'll be able to find you and above all help you!

You will find your order number in several places. Yes, we're clever. To make your task easier, we've scattered it about like the Pied Piper.

Thus, you will find it on:

• The reservation confirmation link, once your payment is validated. It is written at the top of the page after the validation of your order section

• The payment proof email, which you receive once the transaction has been completed. On this email you will find the order number and the amount paid.

• The reservation confirmation email, which our mascot Nodi the dinosaur kindly sent you. You will find it in the order section with the details of your route.

Disaster! You deleted your email or it got lost in your inbox?
Don't panic! We're always here to help you.

Contact our customer service via the contact form by clicking the contact button at the top of our page. To find your order number, we will need the email address used for the reservation and the last name of the person who made the reservation.

Your order number holds no more secrets for you! Keep it safe. Finally, we wish you an excellent journey.
