How to cancel or exchange my ticket?

In case of unforeseen circumstances affecting your trips, it may be necessary to modify or cancel your tickets.

Fortunately, we have good news for you: you can cancel your trip. To do this, you simply need to go to your personal account and enter your order number as well as your email address.

If you need to modify your tickets, consult our advice below for the specific procedures to follow depending on the company or mode of transport you have chosen.

To cancel your BlaBlaCar trip, you simply need to go to your personal account and enter your order number and email address: Cancel my trip.

To modify your journey with our partner Blablacar, contact Blablabus directly. It's quite simple (and fast). Go to booking.bus.blablacar before the bus departs.

• Enter your booking number: You can find the number in the top left of your ticket, it consists of 6 characters.
• Enter the email address you used.

To cancel your FlixBus trip, you simply need to go to your Tictactrip personal account and enter your order number and email address: Cancel my trip.

You will receive a voucher valid for one year. This can only be used on the Flixbus.fr website. Please note that FlixBus applies cancellation fees depending on your departure date. The closer your departure, the higher the fees will be.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to modify your FlixBus trip at the moment. We therefore invite you to cancel your trip and place a new order using the voucher or contact customer service.

With OuiGo, unfortunately it is not possible to cancel tickets. However, the Ouigo company now allows its customers to modify their tickets.

To access your booking, you simply need to log in to Ouigo.fr in the "My bookings" section with your email address and your booking number. When you book an Ouigo ticket, the company automatically sends a confirmation email containing your booking number. It consists of a series of 6 digits and letters.

Once logged in, you will be able to access your booking and modify your ticket to the desired date. Note that the company applies service fees in addition to the fare difference between the old and new ticket.
