I didn't receive my Ouigo ticket, what should I do?

You booked a low-cost SNCF TGV train, in other words, an Ouigo train? Good choice! It's one of the cheapest ways to travel long distances in France. Plus, the on-board service on Ouigo trains is impeccable.

But it's not so much the Ouigo journey that brings you here, but rather your Ouigo tickets that you haven't received. There are two reasons why you may not have received your Ouigo ticket, discover them and get all the information about your Ouigo train tickets!

The first reason is quite simple. In fact, Ouigo is a brand in its own right from SNCF. It is not, strictly speaking, part of classic SNCF trains.

This is why today, it will be impossible for you to book an Ouigo train ticket on any platform other than Ouigo. And this is also the case for Tictactrip.

The Ouigo train company has its own ticket sending policy since it is almost exclusively the only one able to sell its Ouigo train tickets.

Thus, the Ouigo company sends you your OUIGO tickets 4 days before the departure of your low-cost train. If your departure is planned in more than 4 days, it is completely normal that you have not yet received your tickets.

If, 4 days or less before your departure, you still haven't received your Ouigo tickets, perhaps an error has occurred in sending, or in the registered email address... But don't panic!
