What to do if you booked on another platform?

It is entirely possible, with some companies, to request compensation in case of a cancelled train:

SNCF Connect

SNCF provides you with an online assistant on SNCF Connect. This virtual agent will guide and assist you through your process.

To do this, you will indicate the subject of your request, here a cancelled train. Then, you will need to enter the departure date as well as the purchase channel (agency, telephone, website, etc.).

Ouigo

In case of cancellation by Ouigo, you will receive an email indicating the cancellation of your trip. You will then need to log in to Ouigo.fr with your login credentials, that is to say your email address and your booking number.

The company exceptionally allows either a free exchange for a new trip or a refund in the form of a reloadable voucher. It will be up to you to choose what suits you best.

Processing times

Once you have followed the entire process, you will need to be patient. Don't worry, we take care of all the procedures directly with SNCF. When we receive all the necessary documents, a file is created and submitted to the SNCF company.

Processing times are relatively long, so don't panic if you don't get a response from us. A response will be automatically sent to you when we receive feedback.

Will I be fully refunded?

Before refunding, SNCF must first analyze the file and authorize the refund. If the file is eligible, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid.

Please note that in some cases, if the company offered you a substitute transport and you declined this option, you will not be able to claim a refund.

Similarly, SNCF may refuse the refund in case of maintenance work, delays or bad weather according to their conditions. Remember that we are subject to their refund policies and we cannot refund you if it has not been validated beforehand.
