TGV INOUI Refund Conditions - Tarif Loisir

Free exchanges and refunds up to 7 days before departure

In this case, you can exchange or cancel your tickets free of charge up to 7 days before the scheduled travel date.

Between 6 days before departure and up to 30 minutes before departure, a deduction of €19 per person per journey will apply.

If you wish to cancel from 30 minutes before departure onwards, tickets can be exchanged up to twice (on the same day for the same journey), but become non-refundable after the first exchange.

Good to know: the deduction is applied only once, even for journeys with several connections.

Finally, if you wish to cancel your TGV INOUI train after departure, tickets are neither exchangeable nor refundable after departure, unless the ticket was released for resale before the train's departure.

TGV INOUI Cancellation and Refunds for Pro Fares (Business Première, carte Liberté, Forfait and Pro 2ᵈᵉ)

You can exchange or refund your ticket free of charge.

From 30 minutes before departure

Your ticket becomes exchangeable only twice for the same day and the same journey, and will no longer be refundable after one exchange.

If you need to take a different train, a ticket exchange is required under the Guaranteed Exchange policy.
