OUI.sncf becomes SNCF Connect!

Following the health crisis and the global pandemic we went through, and are still going through, Oui.SNCF had ruled in favour of refunds across all its trains.

The cancellation and refund conditions for Oui.SNCF tickets returned "to normal" as of 13 September 2021.

To note:

• For TGV InOui tickets, changing a ticket will cost 15 euros.
• For Intercités tickets with mandatory reservation, a deduction of 40% of the ticket price will apply, capped at 12 euros.
• For Ouigo tickets, it's no longer possible to cancel a booking or get a refund on the ticket. This applies regardless of the reason for cancellation (even non-use). Tickets can still be exchanged for €10.

At Oui.sncf, most major French cities (if not all) are served by the comparator, as long as they have a train station or a bus station!

So you can travel to cities like Angers, Perpignan or La Rochelle.

What's more, with the addition of the carpooling service, coverage has become even more extensive!
