🚉 Points of sale for travel
You can buy your Eurobus ticket online on Tictactrip or the Eurobus website, or at a sales point. Whichever option you choose, you get the same prices and the same discounts!
It is recommended to print your tickets, but you can also download them to your smartphone!
🧒🏻 Policy for unaccompanied minors
Eurobus does not carry children under 12. However, children aged 12 to 18 can travel alone provided their parents fill out the minor transport declaration and they have a valid ticket, of course!
💸 Cancellation and refund policy for tickets
A refund is possible for unused tickets, either via the Eurobus website, or at the sales point where you bought your ticket!
👨✈️ Boarding
To simply access Eurobus buses, just arrive 15-20 minutes early at the meeting point. The address of the departure location is written on the back of the ticket.
If the coach is not present, an emergency number is also indicated on the back of the ticket.
♿️ Access for people with reduced mobility
You need to check directly with Eurobus to find out if the bus can accommodate wheelchair users or people who have difficulty sitting.

🧳 Baggage policy
Regarding baggage, it's very simple with Eurobus: you are entitled to 2 pieces of baggage not exceeding 30kg total (no single piece of baggage may exceed 25kg).
An extra fee applies for each additional piece of baggage. This fee varies depending on the country of departure (10EUR / 10GBP / 10CHF / 80DKK / 80NOK / 80SEK or 40PLN).
💺 Seat selection
Sorry, but you cannot choose your seat. It's all decided on the day, and it may be the driver who chooses for you... Arrive early to negotiate and get the best seat, that's the only advice we can give you. 😊
🐯 Access for pets
Animals are not allowed on Eurobus buses. If you absolutely need to travel with your pet, particularly your guide dog, please contact customer service at +48 32 351 20 30 (note: this is a foreign number and therefore subject to surcharges).

Eurobus offers a loyalty program with the "SINDBAD CLUB" card, which lets you enjoy:
- -15% on international routes;
- seat reservation;
- extra luggage at no additional cost;
- free hot drinks during the trip, for a total value of €355.
The second card is the "CLUB VIP SINDBAD", which lets you:
- receive a free ticket or 50% off a round-trip journey;
- get a double seat (if available);
- be notified in case of a bus delay;
- enjoy free cold drinks during the trip, for a total value of €940.

Eurobus offers cheap bus tickets!
They're available in paper or electronic format directly on your smartphone, letting you travel to more than 28 countries in Europe! To Belgium, Lithuania, Ireland and of course Poland, because yes, Eurobus is a Polish company!
Tickets are valid for 12 months after purchase, giving you plenty of time to plan your trip! 😉
