FAQ about the Alsa company

🏷 Alsa promo code and loyalty program

En savoir plus

First of all, Alsa has a loyalty program called Alsaplus!

The idea? As you travel, you earn points that can be exchanged for a discount on a trip. The Alsaplus card also gives you access to other quite interesting perks.

Request it, it's free (if you're over 18, of course). For more information, check out this page .

Otherwise, Alsa also thinks of smaller budgets and offers particularly interesting promotions for young people aged 12 to 25, people over 60, groups and businesses.

And finally, unfortunately, there's no Alsa bus promo code as such... But don't hesitate to take advantage of the preferential Alsa rates mentioned above!

🆚 Alsa or Eurolines?

En savoir plus

Not sure whether to book your trip with Alsa bus or Eurolines bus? Here are a few points of comparison between these two European coach companies.

Needless to remind you that it's more important to focus on the details of your bus journey than on the transport company taking you there. Indeed, the services offered are actually quite similar.

So, what's your choice? When it comes to comfort, these two companies are pretty much on par, so you won't really be able to choose between them, unless you've had a better experience with one or the other in the past.

As for price and time factors, you can easily compare bus offers from these two companies on our Tictactrip platform! It's simple and you'll get your answer very quickly.

💸 Alsa cancellation & Alsa Bus refund

En savoir plus

Alsa Bus cancellation is possible up to 2 hours before departure.

However, Alsa will deduct 30% for this cancellation, or 20% if made between 24 and 48h before departure.

So it's best to cancel your Alsa ticket 48h in advance to get a full refund. To do this, contact customer service by phone at +34910207007, or via the website at this address.

For exchanging Alsa tickets, the process is the same if you bought a "domestic" Alsa ticket: it's best to do it 48h in advance to get a full refund!

However, this policy does not apply to exchanging "international" tickets. More info here.

If you bought your ticket on Tictactrip, please note that your Alsa bus ticket is non-refundable.

Indeed, as a travel agency, we are subject to the cancellation policies of our transport provider, which does not yet allow this type of ticket to be cancelled. So, unfortunately, no Alsa bus refund is possible...

For any questions, contact our customer service.

On some Alsa destinations, you can choose your seat from the Alsa website or directly at a point of sale, all at no extra cost.

Of course, the earlier you book, the more seats will be available, and the better your chances of getting a window seat!

Please note that some Alsa buses don't offer this option, which is why you should arrive early enough. :)

Note, however, that these buses are only available on certain Alsa routes and lines.

  • the Alsa Supra ticket, which also offers exceptional comfort, with Alsa bus Wi-Fi, a VIP area to wait for the bus comfortably, a more comfortable seat, and a channel for audiovisual content.
  • the Alsa Eurobus ticket, offering the same services as Alsa Supra tickets, but only to certain Spanish destinations.

To choose the ticket that suits you, consider your needs and whether your trip is long or short! :)

🧒🏻 Policy for unaccompanied minors

En savoir plus

The Alsa company is clear: children under 4 must travel accompanied by an adult.

However, from age 4, it's possible for a child to travel alone with Alsa, under certain conditions. Alsa takes responsibility for transporting unaccompanied minors if their parents book an Alsa Supra Plus or Alsa Premium ticket.

Otherwise, unaccompanied children aged 4 to 12 must show a written authorization signed by their parents before boarding Alsa buses.

More information via this link.

In addition, discounted Alsa children's tickets are available for children under 11. Pretty cool, right? :)
