Tictactrip support (FAQ)

It is common to book train tickets but not really know what to do with them afterwards... Do you need to print your train tickets? Can you keep only your tickets on your smartphone? These are many questions that have simple answers, but which depend on the companies, that's where the complexity lies.
Don't panic, Tictactrip explains everything that follows. In 1 minute, you'll have your answer!
For regional express trains in France, collecting your ticket will be a piece of cake! Indeed, almost all TER tickets are now e-tickets.
Once your TER ticket is booked on Tictactrip, we will send it to you by email to the address provided for the order.
All you have to do is
print your ticket in PDF format,
or integrate your TER ticket into your SNCF Assistant application.
Why do you only have these two choices? Because the TER ticket in PDF format (as sent by email) on your mobile is not valid during a check. You will therefore need to be in possession of one of the two solutions presented above.
Furthermore, it is not possible to collect your TER ticket at a station, nor at a terminal or SNCF counter.
At OUIGO, the process for collecting tickets and boarding control is very simple. To access the train, you must present your travel document in paper format, or via the OUIGO mobile application.
Following your OUIGO booking, you will receive an order confirmation email. Your OUIGO train travel tickets are only sent by email by the company 4 days before your TGV departure. Remember to check your email and print your ticket within the timeframe. Otherwise, you can always find your tickets on your OUIGO application for smartphones.
For this type of TGV SNCF journey, most of the time your ticket will be digital. In other words, you will receive it in your email and/or on the SNCF application.
You can either print it in paper format, or print it via an SNCF machine at the station, or finally keep only your e-ticket on your smartphone. Traveling by TGV Inoui is very simple in the end!
For your Intercités train journeys, different means of collecting your ticket are possible and all are just as simple as one another.
Indeed, most Intercités train tickets are e-tickets that you will receive directly to your email. You will also have access to them in your SNCF application.
To collect your ticket and travel with it, you will have different solutions:
Print your Intercités ticket on paper,
print your Intercités ticket at the station, on a collection terminal,
or keep your ticket in the form of an Intercités e-ticket on your smartphone.
