In order to find your belongings as easily and quickly as possible, certain information will be requested from you. Namely:

• Information about your journey: Booking reference, Bus number, departure and destination of the journey as well as the date of your journey.

• Information about your identity: your last name and first name, your email address and your phone number.

• Finally, information about the lost and potentially found item: The type of object concerned by your request, the color of it, the location where the object was during your journey (in the luggage compartment or inside the bus) and finally the brand of your lost item.

Once all this information is provided, the Blablabus team will begin thorough searches and contact you to keep you updated.
