I have a cash voucher

After going to an SNCF ticket office or machine to cancel your train ticket purchased on our Tictactrip site, you were given a receipt voucher. You were expecting a refund but here you are with a "piece of paper" that looks nothing like a bank transfer.

A receipt voucher is a document with the same format as a train ticket. It has a monetary value because it proves that your ticket was properly cancelled and therefore that you will receive a refund. This receipt voucher can only be issued to you by SNCF.

Please note that once you have your receipt voucher in hand, the procedure is quite long to obtain your refund. But don't worry, we will keep you informed of the progress of your case.

First of all, take good care of it and don't lose it! We absolutely need the original to be able to refund you. A photocopy or scan will unfortunately not be accepted. We are subject to SNCF directives.

Once we acknowledge receipt of it, we must send it to SNCF so that they can refund us. At that point we can finally refund you.

But why not send it directly to SNCF you may ask? We must fill out certain documents to attach to the receipt voucher, simply put.

You now know the procedure to follow to obtain a refund from a receipt voucher. It's true that it takes a while, so we advise you to go directly through our customer service for a cancellation request in order to get a refund faster.
Finally, you have one year to send us your receipt voucher. After this date you will no longer be able to get a refund.
