How to Connect

Connecting to the wifi network on the train is child's play! If you're used to surfing the net thanks to your box at home, then you'll know how to do it!

Simply activate the wifi network on your device. Then just click on the network "_SNCF_WIFI_INOUI".

Once you've completed this step, a page will open where you will need to identify yourself using your file reference or your SNCF ID!

It's simple and quick!

But How is This Possible?

You're probably wondering how to pick up a wifi network when the train is traveling at over 300 km/h? In reality, it's quite simple. We'll explain everything to you.

For many years, the SNCF company has been implementing solutions to enhance the comfort of its passengers. Comfort that should not be overlooked.

Thanks to antennas located throughout your journey and also thanks to integrated antennas, trains are able to pick up 4G networks from telephone operators.

This is what allows you to have wifi with significant bandwidth that is free!

Small tips before your trip

It is certain that having a hundred or so people connecting to a common wifi network greatly reduces file download speeds.

So if you want to download your favorite movie on Netflix or send an urgent and large file, we strongly recommend doing it just before boarding. You will have a better chance of benefiting from a better connection and above all have a much lighter mind.

Small tip: don't forget to take advantage of this reduced bandwidth to recharge, to read or simply to admire the landscape!
