Tictactrip support (FAQ)
Comfortably settled in your preferred transport, it's time to relax. You want to use this journey to catch up on your latest series, like a few posts on Instagram, or for the more ambitious, work on an urgent file. But is there WiFi available on board your train or bus?

Bus companies like Flixbus or Blablabus offer journeys that can sometimes be long. You can therefore take a trip of around thirty minutes or a trip of more than ten hours. So you need to keep yourself entertained inside.
Even if reading and crosswords are good compromises, Flixbus coaches are equipped with a WiFi connection. There is also an entertainment platform called Flixtainment
that allows you to watch films, read e-books, play games or listen to music. You can also get information about your journey, see your current position and be aware of the estimated arrival time for your trip.
It's a complete offer that is unfortunately not yet available in all Flixbus. So don't be surprised if this one is not yet equipped, it won't be long.
You will also benefit from free and unlimited WiFi on Blablabus and Alsa buses to get to Spain.
With a view to improving the travel experience on board trains, most railway companies have invested in cutting-edge technology to allow you to access a quality WiFi network.
TGV INOUI trains are equipped with a WiFi service and a portal that provides access to journey tracking, menu consultation and bar ordering, entertaining content and a chat between travelers.
They thought of everything: for family trips, this portal offers educational podcasts and many stories to read. Plenty to keep the youngest occupied.

You will also find this same type of service with Lyria, Renfe or Deutsche Bahn.
As for INTERCITÉS, WiFi is available on the Paris - Clermont-Ferrand and Paris - Limoges - Toulouse routes. It should arrive on the Bordeaux - Marseille line in 2021.
The same applies to TER where the WiFi network is gradually arriving on certain trains, depending on the regions.
On Eurostar trains you can also enjoy WiFi on all Paris-London routes. They have managed to innovate by offering in their on-board entertainment platform, a completely free virtual reality adventure called Odyssey
. This will allow you to discover the depths of the sea during the Channel crossing. A smartphone or tablet is all you need.
For a more immersive experience, you can buy a virtual reality headset in the departure lounge.
New feature for OUIGO trains where WIFI is now available on board. No rush, the service arrived in July 2020, only on the Paris Gare de Lyon - Lyon Part Dieu/ Perrache line.
Being a low-cost company, each service is paid for, so WIFI too:
€3 per device for WIFI only.
€5 per device for WIFI and entertainment offer (games, series, films).
For transport where WIFI is not available, you can always use your phone's 4G. Even though it's true that when you travel through certain small towns
the connection may be completely absent. You will have to be patient.
For most companies that do not yet have WIFI on board, it is mostly in the installation project and will be operational in a few years. Something to enjoy the internet at its best!
