- From less than 7 days to 30 minutes before departure: 50% of the ticket price
- Less than 30 minutes before departure: cancellation not possible
Fees are calculated on the original ticket price, excluding extra luggage or seat options.

Please note that special offers and promotional tickets can be neither changed nor cancelled.
If you booked your BlaBlaCar bus journey with the Flex option, you can change or cancel your ticket free of charge up to 30 minutes before departure.
