The buses run by Student Agency are very comfortable! On some lines, you'll enjoy free Wi-Fi, complimentary newspapers, and even hot drinks. Some buses even have TVs.
To find out which bus is equipped, we recommend paying close attention when booking to travel on board a bus Fun & Relax.
If you choose an bus Economy Standard, you'll only get the bare minimum! Don't forget to get off at the end of the journey — even if the bus is great, you should also enjoy the city! 😜
Yes, it is indeed possible to choose your seats when booking a bus or train with Student Agency! Of course, the choice is limited to available seats... In other words, if only one seat is left, you won't have much of a choice.
Don't forget to arrive early, as Student Agency may reassign your seat to another passenger if you arrive less than 10 minutes before departure.
For buses travelling within the Czech Republic and Slovakia, your small pet can travel if it's in a travel bag, but for international buses or those travelling to Germany, your pet won't be allowed on board. Leave it with your neighbour — don't worry, they'll take good care of it!
However, your guide dog will always be welcome on board a Student Agency bus.
As far as we know, Student Agency does not offer a loyalty programme.
However, the site regularly offers promotional deals. Always check, as this can change!
With Student Agency, you can bring a hand luggage item and a suitcase under 30kg for free. If you want to bring another suitcase, you'll need to pay a supplement when booking.
You can also travel with your bike on a Student Agency bus, but you'll need to pay a small fee when booking your ticket. So if you're heading off on a mountain bike trip, don't forget to register your bike when booking. Without a bike, it might be a bit slower! However, it is not possible to bring your bike on board Student Agency trains.
The cancellation policy depends on the ticket you purchased, so it varies depending on your journey. If you have any questions, you can ask a Student Agency agent.
As a general rule, you can cancel your ticket up to 6 hours before departure, however you'll have to pay a fee equal to 25% of your booking price. The longer you wait, the higher the fee, so if I were you, I wouldn't drag my feet! 😉
With Student Agency, it's super simple: just show up on board the bus with your ticket, which you'll have printed beforehand. We also recommend showing an ID document to avoid any issues.
It's also best to arrive early enough not to miss your bus! The company recommends arriving no more than 30 minutes before departure. Indeed, once it's less than 10 minutes before departure, your seat may be given to another traveller! Dura lex sed lex, as they say...
For the buses of the Czech company Student Agency, there is no special ticket type — everyone pays the same price for a seat on the same bus. However, it is possible to find cheaper tickets depending on the route and the selected period. For more information, check out this page.
For trains, on the other hand, there are Low-Cost, Standard, Flex and Business tickets. Of course, the Business ticket is the most expensive and offers more services than the Low-Cost ticket.
