How long is the card valid?
1 year from purchase. The end date is written in the card email.
Can it be used several times?
Yes. What is not spent stays on the card until its end date.
What can it pay for?
Everything: train and bus tickets sold on Tictactrip, service fees and options.
Can several cards be combined?
Yes: several gift cards on one order, plus one promo code.
Is the card refundable?
No. If a ticket paid with the card is cancelled and refunded, 50% of the part paid by the card goes back on the card, change or cancellation fees excluded.
Can I choose when it is sent?
Yes, for an e-card: the day and time, up to one year ahead.
